I've been a fan of Sponge & Sparkle since I started using them this past summer . . .The work has been very good, and I love the way my place smells fresh and not chemically when they're done.  One time, the owners/admin folks even called me to apologize because the cleaning gal left a sponge in my sink!  They are very interested in hearing constructive criticism, and they will make things right if you are not satisfied.  I would definitely recommend this company!

They are insured, and run it like a true company. If an employee calls in sick they have someone else to cover the job (or take their place),  and have low turn over, which tells me they treat their employees right.  . . . I flew out to Philly this morning, returned home, to my home in immaculate condition. Not just a casual cleaning, but the carpet was vacuumed so perfectly, that it had perfect lines. The left a nice note thanking me for my business, with a survey and that they loved my dog and bird.

Our "detail cleaning" typically includes all the services provided during a basic cleaning but with more attention to details. It includes washing down woodwork and baseboards and inside of oven and/or fridge if needed. We use our steam cleaner that leaves your home sparkling, and fresh smelling. As with our basic cleaning services, we use non-toxic, environmentally friendly cleaning solutions.
